Nikki Freedman

  • Nikki is a dedicated osteopath with a strong background in movement and wellbeing. Before training in osteopathy, she completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, giving her a deep understanding of movement, breathing mechanics, posture, and the effects of physical and emotional stress on the body. This experience allows her to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns and overall health goals.

Her approach to treatment is always patient-centred and tailored. Using a variety of hands-on osteopathic techniques, Nikki helps patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future relapses. She is passionate about empowering individuals to understand their bodies and play an active role in their recovery. Approachable and thorough, Nikki creates bespoke treatment plans designed to optimise recovery, promote resilience, and support long-term health and well-being.

  • Nikki is adept at determining the right treatment approach for your pain. Pain can be a multifaceted experience, which impacts different parts of the body. • Nikki has an additional qualification in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) which allows her to integrate this into her osteopathic treatments and offer dedicated MLD sessions, especially valuable for recovery after surgery, injury, or in supporting complex health conditions.

  • Nikki is skilled in treating postural imbalances, recurrent back pain, tension headaches, and stress-related conditions held in the body.

  • Nikki enjoys helping improve the daily lives and mobility of those with conditions like osteoarthritis. Nikki’s thought out, bespoke treatment plans enable patients to not feel limited and have the confidence and reduced pain to live a fuller, active life.

Brian Jennings

Associate Osteopath

  • Brian graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004. He worked in Guernsey before establishing his own practice in London in 2009. He and his family have relocated to the North West in 2025.

His 20 year career has seen him complete postgraduate studies in cranial and classical osteopathy, and has carved specialisms in reducing scoliosis, migraines and resolving sciatica.

  • Brian uses gentle, hands-on osteopathic techniques to ease discomfort and improve your mobility. Whether your scoliosis has been managed non-surgically or you’ve had surgery in the past, Brian can help you move more freely and feel more comfortable. His treatment uses a blend of different manual techniques to ease tension, build strength and support your long-term wellbeing.

  • Brian will take time to understand your headache history, how it affects your life, and any lifestyle factors involved. He will then undertake a thorough physical assessment to identify the root cause. Once he has a diagnosis, his years of experience enables him to tailor each treatment to your unique symptoms, using gentle techniques such as cranial osteopathy, soft tissue massage, stretching, mobilisation, and manipulation to ease tension, restore movement, and relieve pain.

  • Brian has been treating patients with sciatica for over 20 years and always starts by understanding what’s causing this debilitating issue. He’ll listen to your story, explore how your symptoms affect daily life, and carry out a detailed assessment to pinpoint what’s causing the problem. With a combination of gentle hands-on techniques to ease pressure on the sciatic nerve, reduce pain, improve mobility, and help your body recover naturally so you can move with confidence again.
