Diagnosis

Specifically designed to improve drainage of the central lymphatic system.

The Perrin Technique, created by Dr. Raymond Perrin, is an osteopathic method aimed at enhancing lymphatic drainage. This approach uses manual techniques to stimulate fluid movement around the brain and spinal cord, along with spinal adjustments to help eliminate toxins from cerebrospinal fluid.

This treatment protocol combines specially developed gentle osteopathic techniques with adapted existing methods. It focuses on the soft tissues of the head, neck, back, and chest to expel harmful waste from the lymphatic system.

Once these toxins exit the lymphatic system, they enter the bloodstream and are further broken down and detoxified by the liver. With ongoing treatment, the body’s toxic load decreases, particularly in the brain. This improvement helps the brain function more effectively and manage the lymphatic system more efficiently over time.

Effleurage

A gentle massage technique that promotes relaxation, improves blood circulation, and enhances lymphatic flow. This method uses stroking motions on the surfaces of the breast tissue, head, neck, and torso.

Massage

Soft tissue massage helps to relax muscles, alleviating stress and tension, and supporting lymphatic drainage. This technique can also address discomfort in other parts of the body.

Cranial

Using gentle pressure and subtle movements, cranial and sacral techniques stimulate the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid, significantly impacting neuro-lymphatic drainage.

Manipulation

Occasional High Velocity Thrust (HVT), High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA) adjustments, mobilizations, or spinal manipulations can enhance joint movement and alleviate mechanical irritation to the nervous system, which can positively impact drainage.

These techniques are always performed safely, gently, and only when appropriate for the patient's condition.

Diaphragm Release

Reducing tension and relaxing the diaphragm can significantly improve breathing mechanics, oxygen delivery to tissues, and aid central lymphatic drainage. This technique is particularly beneficial for Long Covid sufferers, whose breathing mechanics are often compromised by the virus.

Pelvic Work

In some cases, addressing pelvic mechanics is essential to improve drainage, especially when there are mechanical issues affecting spinal function higher up.

Rest assured, our specialized techniques are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
